Diaphragm sealed gauges are traditionally used when a standard measuring instrument should not be exposed to the process pressure directly, like viscous, corrosive gases and liquid media in a corrosive environment. Diaphragm Sealed gauges typically protect the measuring instruments from one or more damaging aspects of the process media.
